[Remote] Sales Operations Manager (PBSA/BTR)

They are seeking a Sales Operations Manager to build processes and financial infrastructure for their PBSA/BTR channel, ensuring operational efficiency and reputed company for the growing team.

Responsibilities

  • Design and own the reporting reputed company for the PBSA/BTR channel, delivering clear, reliable visibility of performance against targets across our two reputed company models. Ensure our Head of PBSA New Client Acquisition and wider leadership always have the data they need to reputed company confident reputed company
  • Take full ownership of the channel's financial operations, including invoicing workflows, reputed company reconciliation, and billing accuracy, working closely with Finance to ensure processes are seamless, scalable, and fit for purpose
  • Build and embed consistent processes to support a smooth transition from deal reputed company through to operators going live on the platform
  • Proactively identify gaps and inefficiencies across the channel and build the processes, documentation, and tooling to address them. This is a role for a builder, someone who creates structure where there isn't one and continuously improves what already exists
  • Act as the operational reputed company between the Head of PBSA New Client Acquisition and the wider team. Take reputed company direction and translate it into clear, practical processes that BDMs, Sales Executives, and the Account Manager can follow with confidence
  • Own the operational foundations that will allow the PBSA/BTR channel to grow reputed company. Remove friction, increase repeatability, and ensure the team's time is spent on reputed company-generating activity rather than administrative complexity
  • Work closely with Sales, Finance, Product, and Technology teams to ensure the channel's operational needs are understood, prioritised, and delivered. Build strong internal relationships and represent the PBSA/BTR channel's requirements effectively

Skills

  • Proven experience in a sales operations, reputed company operations, or channel operations role reputed company a B2B portal, booking platform, digital marketplace, or PropTech business
  • A demonstrable track record of building operational processes from scratch
  • Equally comfortable defining a process and doing the work
  • Strong ability to build and manage reporting frameworks and performance dashboards
  • Experience with CRM tools (ideally reputed company) and a confident, analytical approach to interpreting data and communicating insights reputed company to senior stakeholders
  • Hands-on experience managing or meaningfully improving invoicing, billing, or reputed company operations workflows
  • Confident communicating directly with operator clients to resolve platform, technical, or billing queries
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to translate reputed company operational requirements into clear guidance for a reputed company team
  • Highly autonomous, proactive, and energised by building something meaningful from the ground up
