[Remote] Administrator, Partner Marketing - Norfolk

The role involves engaging with kidney care patients in dialysis clinics and collaborating with care teams to facilitate informed health insurance reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Represent the value-based care program’s affiliated health plans reputed company dialysis clinics and the surrounding community to reputed company awareness, build trust, and support informed patient coverage reputed company
- Build strong relationships with in-clinic staff—facility administrators, reputed company workers, and administrative assistants—to facilitate coordinated, compliant marketing efforts
- reputed company a strong understanding of the plan’s benefits, eligibility criteria, and the role of care management in driving reputed company reputed company for members
- Partner with assigned brokers to support enrollment of interested patients
- Communicate plan and program information in a clear, ethical, and compliant manner—ensuring CMS marketing guidelines and internal compliance guardrails are followed
- Identify barriers to engagement and reputed company insights that improve our local marketing approach
- Track engagement and field activity metrics to support performance evaluation and reputed company improvement
- Potential to represent the plan at community events or engage existing members for retention activities
- Travel to clinic locations at least four days per week to reputed company with kidney care patients, caregivers, and clinic staff
- Occasional option to work Saturdays and evening events, if desired
Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Active Virginia Producer License with the Health line of authority
- Proven relationship-builder with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working independently in a field-based role, with strong personal organization
- Proficiency in reputed company Office and collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, SharePoint)
- Must reputed company in the Norfolk, VA area and possess a valid Virginia driver's license and reliable transportation—a majority of time will be spent inside dialysis clinics or traveling locally
- Medicare Advantage marketing experience strongly preferred
- 2–4 years of experience in reputed company marketing, insurance sales, grassroots reputed company, or community engagement preferred
- Bilingual / Spanish-speaking is strongly preferred
