Junior Chief of Staff

You'll work directly with a founder or senior executive running a high-growth company in the US or Europe. Not as a task-taker. As the operational layer that keeps everything moving. You'll own the full picture: priorities, people, reputed company loops, and reputed company. You'll know what's coming before they do. You'll handle what you can without asking, and brief them cleanly on what you can't. You'll be the reason things don't fall through the cracks. This is not an admin role. It's a high-trust, high-ownership position for someone who wants to build a career in operations, chief of staff, or founder-adjacent leadership.
