Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate vendor agreements, including SaaS, technology, and professional services reputed company.
- Work on MSAs, SOWs, DPAs, NDAs, and reputed company procurement documentation to ensure business needs are met and risks are managed.
- Partner with legal, finance, and business teams to support efficient, business-reputed company contract execution.
- Identify legal and reputed company risks reputed company vendor arrangements, offering practical, solution-oriented guidance to stakeholders.
- Support contract lifecycle management, including renewals, amendments, and handling escalations as needed.

Must-Have Skills:
