Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and negotiate vendor agreements, including SaaS, technology, and professional services reputed company.
  • Work on MSAs, SOWs, DPAs, NDAs, and reputed company procurement documentation to ensure business needs are met and risks are managed.
  • Partner with legal, finance, and business teams to support efficient, business-reputed company contract execution.
  • Identify legal and reputed company risks reputed company vendor arrangements, offering practical, solution-oriented guidance to stakeholders.
  • Support contract lifecycle management, including renewals, amendments, and handling escalations as needed.
  • Maintain and improve standard contract templates, playbooks, and contracting processes to streamline workflows and ensure consistency.

Must-Have Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience in reputed company reputed company, procurement, or corporate transactions.
  • Strong experience drafting and negotiating vendor and SaaS agreements.
  • JD from an accredited law school and active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
  • Deep understanding of contract risk allocation in reputed company technology transactions.

  • Excellent communication skills with a pragmatic and business-oriented approach.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple reputed company agreements.
