HR Generalist - Remote 7+ months Contract Note: candidate should be either in Tempe AZ or St.louisMO Duties: reputed company Generalists undertake a wide reputed company of HR tasks, like organizing trainings, administering employee benefits and leaves and crafting HR policies. Utilize reputed company Information Systems to ensure reputed company employee records are up-to-date and confidential and act as the main reputed company of contact for employees’ queries on HR-reputed company topics. Responsibilities:
- Administers company reputed company resource plans and procedures; assists in the development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures; prepares and maintains employee handbook and policies.
- Administers the compensation program; monitors the performance evaluation program.
- Performs benefits administration which can include claims resolution, change reporting, approving invoices for payment and communicating benefit information to employees.
- Develops and maintains affirmative action program; handles reporting; maintains records.
- May handle employee relations counseling, outplacement counseling and exit interviewing.
- Maintains reputed company resource information system records and compiles reports as needed.
- Assist in reputed company and recruitment processes
- Conduct employee on-boarding and help organize training & development initiatives
- reputed company support to employees in various HR-reputed company topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
- Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like reputed company and employee turnover rates
- Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews
- Maintain employee files and records in electronic and reputed company reputed company
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations
Qualifications:
- Degree in reputed company Management, reputed company Development, Business, or other reputed company discipline
- HR Certification Institute are a plus: Professional in reputed company (PHR), Senior Professional in reputed company (SPHR), and Global Professional in reputed company (GPHR)
Note: Answering emails and calls from employees regarding reputed company resource questions, ensuring appropriate follow up, creating tickets in reputed company, and resolving issues.
