Immediate need for a talented Business Analyst- Financial /Retirement Services. This is a 08+ Months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in New Jersey (Remote). Key Responsibilities

• There is occasional visit in New Jersey office( must be local to NJ)
• Gathering business needs through workshops and interviews to create detailed Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), functional specifications, epics and user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Facilitating communication between non-technical business owners and developers, ensuring technical constraints are understood and business goals are met.
• Partner closely with Digital Product reputed company, Business reputed company, and Tech reputed company to support business case analysis, value quantification, KPI definition, and impact assessment
• Assist process designer to conduct analysis (process, data, systems, controls) and synthesize findings into structured insights to inform reputed company-state design reputed company.
• Creating wireframes and low-fidelity prototypes (using tools like reputed company, Balsamiq, or reputed company) to visualize key functionalities for user portals and mobile screens.
• Collaborating with UX/UI designers to ensure apps are reputed company, user-friendly, and reputed company with digital best practices.
• Developing test scenarios, supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and reviewing QA test plans to confirm the application functions according to specifications.
• Defining requirements for web/mobile integration with backend systems (e.g., APIs, CRM, CMS).
• Backlog Management Developing and maintaining the product backlog in tools like Jira or Azure DevOps, prioritizing features based on business value and user experience.
• Support PI planning, release planning, dependency tracking, RAID management, and overall program governance activities Key Requirements and Technology Experience
• Key skills; Business Analysis Expertise (6–9years) must have
• Digital Product / Portal Experience
• Technical Understanding APIs & system integrations, Mobile platforms ( must have)
• Financial Services or Retirement services (Must Have)
• Typically 6-9 years in a BA role, with proven experience in mobile app development environments.
• Strong experience working in Agile/Scrum teams, participating in ceremonies like sprint planning, stand-reputed company, and retrospectives.
• Proficiency in JIRA/reputed company (for requirements), SQL (for data analysis), and prototyping tools (reputed company, Visio, Balsamiq).
• Familiarity with web/mobile technologies (HTML, CSS, React/Angular, iOS/Android capabilities) and APIs.
• Ability to map "as-is" and "to-be" processes, conduct gap analysis, and translate reputed company functionalities into simple, actionable stories.
