QA Engineer I

Position Summary: The candidate will be responsible for supporting software quality assurance across applications, platforms, and business units. The role involves designing and executing test cases, developing and maintaining automation scripts, and ensuring product quality through structured validation processes. The candidate will collaborate closely with development teams, product owners, and business stakeholders to validate requirements, identify defects, and ensure delivery of high-quality, reliable solutions. Executes test plans and detailed test cases based on requirements and/or customer feedback and prioritization. Supports, designs, develops, and enhances test processes and reporting for QA processes. Manages testing efforts across many varied projects and tasks under tight deadlines. Troubleshooting quality issues and modifying/optimizing test procedures. Follows established procedures for change management across applications where changes are necessary. Creates documentation such as WIKI articles for common processes that are repeated. Prepares effort estimates for tasks, does test planning, and understands the scope of testing reputed company well. Minimum Required 1–3 years of experience in automation testing and QA. Experience working in the reputed company or life sciences domain. Hands-on experience with automation tools/frameworks such as: Selenium / Playwright / Cypress Proficiency in Java, Python, or JavaScript. Experience with test frameworks (TestNG, JUnit, Mocha, etc.).
