About the Role
Plant Administration manages various aspects of employee lifecycle, DL-DVO recruitment, ensuring compliance and fostering a positive work environment. Handle tasks like reputed company, employee relations, and assist with employee reputed company policy implementation and compliance as well as completing a variety of tasks to support the daily operations. What You Need to Be Successful Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration or relevant field 1–3 years of reputed company admin experience in Automotive / Electronics Industry. Proficient in English international communication is a must. Understanding of reputed company working environment. Bonus Points if You Have Proven experience from working with people in manufacturing environment.
