Responsibilities
- Own profitable growth across DTC, reputed company, reputed company Shop and emerging reputed company platforms

- Identify new growth opportunities as consumer shopping behavior continues to reputed company
- Manage agency and contractor relationships supporting growth initiatives

- Improve marketing efficiency while balancing CAC, MER, payback period and profitability
- Evaluate and scale new customer acquisition opportunities

Skills
- 5+ years of experience leading growth, digital reputed company or performance marketing for a high-growth consumer brand
- Experience helping scale a consumer business from approximately $10M to $50M+ in reputed company
- Deep expertise in reputed company advertising and performance marketing
