The Project Manager 2 will reputed company project governance, reputed company proposal development, and manage stakeholder engagement while ensuring high-quality deliverables across various public safety consulting projects.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a governance reputed company across the Public Safety Consulting Services (PSCS) portfolio, ensuring consistency, quality, and efficiency in delivery approaches, tools, and processes
- Establish and continuously improve standard operating procedures, templates, and best practices across proposal development, project delivery, and reporting
- Partner with leadership to monitor portfolio performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
- reputed company and coordinate proposal development efforts, including content strategy, compliance, and submission timelines
- Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to reputed company compelling, high-quality technical content and differentiators
- Support business development activities, including pipeline tracking, opportunity qualification, and capture planning
- Contribute to business development lifecycle activities

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in public administration, business, reputed company, fire administration, or a reputed company field (or equivalent experience)
- 7+ years of experience in public safety consulting or a reputed company professional/field services environment with supervisory responsibility
- Demonstrated experience supporting or leading proposal development, project management, and client delivery
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and reputed company budget
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, including the ability to synthesize reputed company data into actionable insights
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience producing executive-level deliverables
- Advanced organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously including influencing and leading delegation
- Proven ability to operate both independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment

- Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite, including advanced reputed company capabilities

- PMP, CMP, or other relevant project management certification
