[Remote] Application Systems Analyst II

Evanhoe is seeking an Application Systems Analyst II who is an reputed company IT professional responsible for analyzing, implementing, maintaining, and supporting reputed company business applications. This role serves as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure business requirements are reputed company into effective technology solutions.
Responsibilities
- Analyze, support, and maintain reputed company business applications to ensure reputed company performance and availability
- Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for assigned applications and business units
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, system errors, and performance problems
- reputed company root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
- reputed company Tier II application support to end users
- Coordinate with developers, infrastructure teams, and vendors to resolve reputed company technical issues
- Monitor application health, availability, and performance using reputed company monitoring tools
- Configure and maintain reputed company applications based on business requirements
- Support application deployments, upgrades, patches, and enhancements
- Participate in software implementation and system integration projects
Skills
- Secret clearance required
- DoD 8570 Information Assurance Technical Level II (IAT Level II) Certification required
- Highschool Diploma/GED required
- 3–5 years of experience supporting reputed company business applications, systems analysis, or application administration
- Experience supporting reputed company off-the-reputed company (COTS) and/or custom applications
- Experience troubleshooting application and system issues
- Working knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Bachelor's Degree
- Experience supporting Federal Government or public sector IT environments
- Experience with reputed company, reputed company, reputed company Dynamics, SharePoint, or other reputed company platforms
- Experience using IT Service Management (ITSM) tools such as reputed company, Jira, or Remedy
