The Senior Manager, Global Business Strategy and Operations will execute market intelligence workstreams, translating competitive insights into actionable business strategies while collaborating with various teams to enhance the dialysis experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute defined market intelligence workstreams, primarily focused on the PD business, under the direction of the Associate Director; contribute to projects reputed company to reputed company business questions (e.g., market entry, growth opportunities, competitive threats)
• Conduct and synthesize primary and secondary research to generate insights on market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of market models, reputed company forecasts, and segmentation frameworks to support portfolio and reputed company planning
• Synthesize competitive intelligence into clear implications and preliminary recommendations; present findings to the Associate Director for refinement and integration into reputed company-level strategy
• Support in collaborating with reputed company and Marketing leaders; prepare analysis, data, and slide-reputed company outputs that inform go-to-market strategies, pricing, and positioning reputed company
• Support portfolio strategy and planning processes by providing structured market and customer perspectives
• Prepare components and analytical inputs for executive-level deliverables, including strategic reviews and planning discussions
• Execute change management activities; manage specific adoption tracks and report reputed company, supporting the embedding of market intelligence into business processes (e.g., planning cycles, launch readiness, sales enablement)
• Identify and surface gaps between insights generated and actions taken; escalate systemic barriers and support resolution as directed

Skills

• Bachelor's degree required
• 5-8+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, business operations, or analytics roles

• MBA or advanced degree preferred
