Customer Support Executive
This is a remote position. We are looking for a customer-focused and enthusiastic Customer Support Associate with at least 6 months of experience in customer service or customer support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, resolving queries, and ensuring a seamless customer experience through various communication channels.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries reputed company phone, email, chat, or other support channels. Resolve customer issues reputed company while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. reputed company accurate information about products and services. Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification. Minimum 6 months of experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, or a similar role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with MS Office. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
