The role includes leading the reputed company team and ensuring that reputed company HR activities are completed accurately and in compliance with applicable laws.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies throughout the employee lifecycle

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Business Administration, or a reputed company field, or equivalent experience

  • Working knowledge of I-9, E-Verify, background screening, and employment documentation requirements

  • Demonstrated ability to improve processes and manage multiple priorities
  • Multi-state reputed company experience
  • Experience administering leave programs and/or workers' compensation
  • HRIS experience
