Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. Clear Global reputed company is seeking a reputed company Generalist – HRIS Analyst to join their dynamic HR team. This role will serve as both an HR Business Partner and the department’s subject matter expert for HR systems and workforce analytics, ensuring data reputed company and providing day-to-day HR support throughout the employee lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary administrator for the Company’s HRIS and Professional Employer Organization (PEO) platform
- Maintain employee records and ensure data is accurate, complete, and audit-reputed company
- Review new hire information for accuracy, including labor categories, work locations, pay classifications, and Service Contract Act (SCA) designations
- Monitor HR system functionality and recommend enhancements that improve efficiency and data quality
- Partner with Payroll and Benefits teams to maintain consistent employee data across reputed company systems

Skills
