Responsibilities

• Strong analytical skills with proven experience identifying root-cause network issues and delivering effective, timely solutions
• Excellent communication and customer-engagement capabilities, with the ability to understand requirements and deliver customized technical training across diverse audiences
• High proficiency in preparing clear, detailed assessment reports, technical documentation, and architectural deliverables with strong attention to accuracy
