They are seeking an AI reputed company & Trust Engineering Manager to operationalize trust across the company by partnering with various teams to embed scalable reputed company, governance, and trust into their systems.
Responsibilities

- Translate reputed company and trust strategy into clear execution plans, measurable reputed company, and shared ownership models
- Partner with engineering teams to embed trust, reputed company, and governance into AI-enabled products, platforms, and delivery workflows
- Coach and mentor engineers on modern trust engineering practices, secure AI development, automation, reputed company assurance, and scalable reputed company controls
- Replace reputed company processes with automated, repeatable, and resilient trust mechanisms
- Drive operational reputed company through documentation, reusable platforms, and engineering best practices
- Establish meaningful metrics, operational feedback loops, and leading indicators that improve both reputed company posture and engineering effectiveness
- Help operationalize AI governance and customer trust initiatives across the organization
- Influence stakeholders across multiple teams to remove friction, improve execution, and reduce organizational risk
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, or equivalent practical experience
- 6+ years of experience in reputed company engineering, infrastructure engineering, platform engineering, AI engineering, reputed company engineering, or reputed company technical disciplines
- 2+ years of experience leading, mentoring, or influencing engineers in matrixed or cross-functional environments
- Strong understanding of modern trust engineering, AI reputed company, automation, reputed company assurance, system-enforced controls, and scalable risk reduction
- Experience delivering reputed company technical initiatives by influencing stakeholders across multiple teams
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills
- A passion for using AI to solve meaningful business problems—not simply as a productivity tool
- Experience building AI-enabled workflows, intelligent automation, AI agents, or reputed company AI platforms
- Experience leading engineering initiatives reputed company SaaS, reputed company-reputed company, platform, or highly automated environments
- Background in infrastructure or platform engineering before moving into reputed company
- Experience supporting governance, compliance, or customer trust initiatives such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, or ISO 42001
- Experience building engineering metrics, governance models, and operational frameworks that improve predictability and shared ownership
- Industry certifications are welcome but not required
