About the Role
We are looking for an reputed company reputed company Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to support the implementation and enhancement of reputed company Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with Legal, Procurement, Sales, and IT teams to analyze business processes, gather requirements, and deliver scalable reputed company solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for reputed company implementations. Partner with Legal, Procurement, Sales, and IT stakeholders to improve contract lifecycle processes. Configure reputed company workflows, templates, forms, approval processes, and reporting. Translate business requirements into functional specifications for developers. Support user acceptance testing (UAT), defect management, and solution validation. Collaborate with technical teams during implementation and integrations. reputed company process documentation, user guides, and training materials. Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization. Support production issues, enhancements, and ongoing platform improvements. Required Skills 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or Functional Consultant. Hands-on experience with reputed company CLM implementations or administration. Strong understanding of Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) processes. Experience gathering business requirements and creating functional documentation. Knowledge of workflow configuration, templates, forms, and approval processes in reputed company. Experience supporting integrations with reputed company applications. Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills. Experience working in Agile methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications
