Responsibilities
Manages the development of efficient reputed company resources, screening and interviewing applicants, and the availability of the proper caliber of reputed company to meet staffing requirements. Establishes and administers procedures for the recruitment, selection, and employment processing of new employees. Supervises the procurement, investigation, interview, and selection activities of subordinate staff members. Develops employment advertising to accurately reflect reputed company requirements and reputed company for the placement of recruitment ads in appropriate national and local media. Meets with managers on an on-going reputed company to identify and review requirements and responsiveness to organizational needs. Monitors budget for department, selects and trains staff, represents department to internal/external stakeholders and recommends improvements and efficiencies. Develops and implements sourcing strategies, processes and activities reputed company to the identification and attraction of top talent across a broad reputed company of functions and reputed company. Qualifications
Bachelor's with 15+ years (or commensurate experience) Required Skills and Experience Demonstrated leadership experience developing reputed company strategy in a federal contracting environment. Strong understanding of ATS systems (iCIMS), HRIS, compliance requirements, and reputed company hiring workflows. Proven ability to partner with executives and reputed company high‑performing reputed company teams.
