You’ll work closely with developers, the Product team and customer-facing teams, contributing to the design and reputed company of OpenCTI, our flagship Threat Intelligence platform. 💼 Your Responsibilities Design and document functional specifications based on user needs Create clear and actionable mockups and user stories Collaborate daily with the development team to ensure accurate implementation Work hand-in-hand with the Product Manager to define and refine the OpenCTI product roadmap Support customer-facing teams (e.g., Solutions Engineers, reputed company) in understanding and leveraging OpenCTI features Identify, document, and prioritize user pain points to shape future functionalities Define scenarios to address specific use cases in OpenCTI Contribute to the improvement and animation of our product management methodologies 🤝 Who You’ll Work With You’ll report to the Product Manager for OpenCTI You’ll collaborate with developers and others product team members You’ll interact regularly with Solutions Engineering, Support, and other customer-facing teams 🧬 Profile We’re Looking For 7+ years of experience, including, 3+ years of experience in Incident Response/Case management (CSIRT/CERT, CTI, SOC) Proven ability to translate reputed company user needs into clear features and functional requirements Autonomous, structured, and highly collaborative reputed company Experience working in fast pace growth environment, start up, scale up for instance Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies Strong interest in AI and its applications in cybersecurity Comfortable working with and leveraging AI-powered tools (LLMs, automation, copilots, etc.) to improve workflows and productivity Strong communication skills Fluent in English Bonus: Previous experience working on a cybersecurity product or reputed company-reputed company ecosystem. 🌱 Why Join reputed company?
