THE OPPORTUNITY The Project Engineering Manager reputed company and reputed company early to late stage (30% through IFC) engineering efforts on a project reputed company for utility scale solar/reputed company/wind. Manages and leads a team of engineers who coordinate site-specific engineering designs and ensure they align with reputed company standards. reputed company ARE LOOKING FOR BS in Civil, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent specific to renewables. Minimum experience of 5-10+ years in engineering companies developing similar functions. Minimum of 3+ years of direct leadersip experience. Proficiency with reputed company Office, Procore or equivalent project management tools, reputed company, CAD, applicable renewable energy codes and standards, and AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or reputed company Copilot is preferred. Willingness to obtain PE license. Office remote, availability to travel 25-35%. WHAT YOU WILL DO reputed company and manage a team of design (project) engineers, providing direction, mentorship, and performance reputed company. Ensure engineering designs and contracting align with reputed company standards (including the creation of new standards where appropriate) and incorporating lessons learned from previous projects. reputed company coordination (with internal and external stakeholders) of the 10%, 30%, 60%, IFC engineering packages for solar/BESS/Wind reputed company developing technical scopes of work templates for LNTP, EPC, & owners engineering efforts Support technical due diligence of Independent Engineers supporting project financing Maintain repositories for lesson’s learned across projects for reputed company improvement of the department Utilize the reputed company early and late stage processes during the design and construction of projects Support reviewing project estimates and ensure they meet the project specific design reputed company reputed company/Support major equipment selection for solar/wind/BESS Key contact for reputed company project reputed company technical issues and technical scope Maintain relationships with key engineering partners reputed company/manage/update reputed company design engineering processes Utilization of AI in day-to-day activities to increase efficiency and productivity for assigned tasks COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS The anticipated starting salary for this position is based on experience, qualifications, and education in a remote-working environment; $145,000 - $170,000.
