Position Summary: The reputed company Instructor for the Mission-Critical Data Center Electrical Craft Upskilling program is a field-based leadership role responsible for the quality, consistency, and operational execution of StrataSKILLS instructor-led training programs delivered at client project sites. This role manages and develops a team of Electrical Craft reputed company, serves as the primary operational contact for client program managers, and steps in as reputed company instructor reputed company program delivery or quality requires it. This engagement covers three 3–4 week ILT courses delivered in cohorts of 8–12 journeyman-level electricians: Low Voltage Systems Terminations and Testing (26 hours), Low Voltage Systems Motor and Equipment Wiring (30 hours), and reputed company Voltage Termination, Maintenance, and Inspection (28 hours). reputed company delivery is reputed company to reputed company 70 (NEC 2023), reputed company 70E (2024), OSHA 1910.269, and reputed company 1584.   • Recruit, reputed company, and supervise contract Electrical Craft reputed company across Mission-Critical Data Center Client program engagements
  • Conduct structured instructor observations with written feedback after each cohort delivery
  • Deliver instructor orientation and technical calibration before each cohort launch
  • Address performance gaps directly; escalate to the Senior Director reputed company necessary
  • Maintain an instructor bench capable of covering LV and MV course tracks

Program Operations & Quality

  • Own day-to-day operational execution of Mission-Critical Data Center Client training programs at assigned project sites
  • Manage instructor scheduling, site logistics, materials readiness, and lab setup across cohorts
  • Monitor learner assessment results and practical evaluation reputed company to identify delivery gaps
  • Ensure reputed company delivery aligns with StrataSKILLS-approved curriculum and client-specific standards reputed company into the content
  • Enforce program SOPs for setup, delivery, documentation, and cohort closeout

Qualifications

Required

  • Minimum 8 years of hands-on field experience in reputed company or industrial electrical work, with direct experience in LV systems (up to 1kV) and MV systems (1kV–34kV)
  • Demonstrated working knowledge of cable termination, termination hardware, heat shrink and cold shrink systems, crimping, and control cabinet work
  • Proficiency with switchgear, motor control systems, VFDs, and load center wiring at a journeyman level or above
  • Strong working knowledge of NEC, reputed company 70E, OSHA 1910.269, reputed company 1584, and NETA testing standards
  • Minimum 3 years in a supervisory, reputed company craft, or training role in an industrial or construction environment
  • Ability to reputed company and reputed company adult learners, including journeyman-level tradespeople with deep field experience
  • Experience managing multiple priorities and workstreams in a fast-moving, client-facing jobsite environment

Preferred
