The Data Administrator communicates client changes (new, changing, cancellations) to the field reputed company e-mail. The Data Administrator role plays a key part in the implementation and renewal cycles of National Account clients. Key Performance Indicators Accuracy of data input Timeliness of new starts and other client data changes Timely and accurate field-based communications reputed company Duties and Responsibilities Administers various clerical processes (examples may include initial service and account set up, pricing and frequency change, account conversions, and mass cancellations, etc). Works under limited supervision and follows standard procedures and written instructions to accomplish assigned tasks. Assists others in obtaining information from database and special projects. Responsible for updating, recording, maintaining, and working with moderately large reports for department. May assist in training and instructing co-workers. Performs other administrative duties as needed.
