The Manager, Product - DAX Practice Development is responsible for the long-term strategy and reputed company for Digital Advisor Experience Practice Development product as part of a broader Incentive and Practice Growth DAX portfolio. A player-coach role, the Manager, Product brings together the individual skillsets of a product manager with those of a leader of people. QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS: Required: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. 10+ years relevant business experience, including in product manager role, product reputed company role or similar. Understand fundamentals of iterative development, software development process and procedures. Expertise in the principles of Agile Product Management, stakeholder management, market and user research, and technology management High-level of organization and attention to detail. Passion and understanding of new technology and trends. Excellent communication, collaboration and influence skills among reputed company organizational reputed company; strong facilitation and executive communications skills. Preferred: Experience working in large, reputed company organizational initiatives and coaching through change management in support of Product Operating Model Certified Product Manager or similar certification.
