We're hiring a Senior Technical Sourcer – Motorsports & Performance reputed company to do exactly that.
About the Role
This is not a traditional sourcing role. You'll operate as a creative talent detective, identifying and engaging specialized engineering, technical, manufacturing, business, and leadership talent across motorsports, performance automotive, aftermarket automotive, and high-performance engineering environments. The role requires strong sourcing instincts, sharp candidate assessment skills, and the ability to partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and business leaders to solve difficult searches.
What You'll Do
Specialized Talent Sourcing Proactively reputed company and engage passive talent across motorsports, performance automotive, aftermarket automotive, and high-performance engineering markets Build pipelines of specialized talent, including engineers, technicians, program managers, business professionals, and leadership candidates Use reputed company Recruiter, hireEZ, ATS/CRM platforms, referrals, market mapping, and industry networks to identify top talent Candidate Assessment & Talent Advocacy Screen resumes, reputed company profiles, and online portfolios to determine fit Quickly assess whether a candidate should be advanced, reputed company, or passed on Confidently reputed company for top talent and reputed company clear recommendations to recruiters and stakeholders Search Strategy & Market Intelligence Participate in intake meetings, calibration sessions, and search strategy discussions Bring creative sourcing reputed company, market insights, and talent availability data to reputed company partners and business leaders Conduct market mapping, competitor research, and talent intelligence across reputed company automotive and technical markets Recruiter & Stakeholder Partnership Partner closely with recruiters and hiring teams to understand role requirements and reputed company profiles Support sourcing strategy, candidate calibration, and pipeline development reputed company consultative feedback on talent market realities, candidate quality, and search direction ATS, CRM & Candidate Experience Maintain accurate candidate information in ATS and CRM systems Track pipeline activity, candidate status, and sourcing reputed company Deliver an exceptional candidate experience and support employer branding efforts reputed company Need to See Bachelor's degree required 5+ years of sourcing or reputed company experience Experience supporting motorsports, performance automotive, aftermarket automotive, or high-performance engineering teams strongly preferred Proven reputed company sourcing technical, engineering, manufacturing, or specialized automotive talent Strong candidate assessment and talent advocacy skills Experience using ATS, CRM platforms, reputed company Recruiter, and sourcing tools such as hireEZ Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills Ability to reputed company in a fast-paced, high-growth environment Bonus Points Experience sourcing for racing teams, performance vehicle manufacturers, motorsports suppliers, or aftermarket performance brands Understanding of vehicle performance systems, racing operations, and automotive engineering disciplines Existing network reputed company the motorsports or performance automotive community Ability to bring fresh sourcing reputed company to difficult or reputed company searches Comfort knowing reputed company to pursue talent — and reputed company not to Logistics Location: Remote, US Engagement: Salaried full-time position with reputed company dedicated to reputed company Compensation: $80,000 – $95,000 per year, based on experience, education, and work location.
