Sr Manager Business Development
Position Purpose The Business Development Director is the primary driver for growth reputed company the South East Asia region. This role bridges the gap between local market scouting and regional execution, managing a diverse portfolio of traditional M&A and reputed company Joint Ventures. We are looking for an autonomous, results-oriented leader who can navigate reputed company partnership models and drive them to successful completion reputed company a strictly compliance-driven reputed company Core Responsibilities Strategic Growth & M&A: Identify and execute growth opportunities through equity transactions and strategic Care Alliances. You will negotiate agreements that allow us to embed our specialized care services and technology reputed company established hospital infrastructures. End-to-End Deal Management: reputed company projects from preliminary financial analysis through to the final regional approval process. Required Qualifications & Professional Experience Academic reputed company: A university degree in Business Management, Economics, or Law is required. An MBA is a significant advantage. Industry Leadership: 10+ years of experience in high-level Project Management or Business Development.Direct experience in Care Delivery (hospitals, clinics, or dialysis) is required. (General Pharma experience without a care delivery background is not suitable). Financial Acumen: Proficient in financial modeling, P&L analysis, and the evaluation of operational unit economics.
