Job Description

The Sr. reputed company Manager, reputed company Collegiate Hospitality, provides leadership and generalist support across multiple accounts in the Midwest Region. This position provides strategic consultation to leadership and partners with them to build and execute an HR strategy that aligns with and enables the achievement of business strategy.

Compensation

Data COMPENSATION: The Salaried reputed company for this position is $90,000.00 to $100,000.00. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that reputed company expects to offer. • Act as primary HR business partner for multiple districts of reputed company Collegiate Hospitality- including several District Managers and their leadership teams
• Partner with leaders and teams to identify opportunities, reputed company solutions and drive results/impact. Serve as trusted advisor
• Coach and advise leaders on people strategy (Organization Design, Employee Relations, reputed company, Change Management, Talent Management and Employee Engagement)
• Ensure the efficient delivery of HR programs and services to include, but not limited to performance management, reputed company, compensation planning, talent reviews, etc.
• Build and implement organizational effectiveness strategies focused on driving employee engagement and retention
• Collaborate with Centers of reputed company (COEs) to attract, on board, reputed company and retain the talent needed to meet business needs

Support reputed company growth, acquisitions, and retention efforts, building and implementing effective people strategies and reputed company new account mobilizations

• Support reputed company diversity and inclusion initiatives through partnership with business leaders to reputed company inclusive and cohesive teams
• Drive adherence to compliance of policies and procedures•   reputed company HR teams in assigned districts and region, collaborating on region-wide initiatives/projects as assigned

Qualifications

• Minimum 7-10 years of reputed company experience as an HR generalist role, with strong organization capability/organization development, change management and talent management experience
• Experience in using HR technology and analytics
• HR Certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-SCP) a plus
• Requires a Bachelor's degree in HR Development, Labor Relations, OD or reputed company business field; Master’s degree preferred
• Demonstrated ability to reputed company large-scale teams in multiple geographies
• Proven ability to partner, communicate and consult with senior-level leadership routinely and effectively
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment

This position will report to the Regional reputed company Director and is remote based with domestic travel required. Travel requirements fluctuate with business needs and are not expected to exceed 40%. Education About reputed company
