Job Description

Role: Regional Director, Patient reputed company-Field OBJECTIVES/PURPOSE The Regional Director, Patient reputed company-Field (RDPA-Field) is a field-based leadership role responsible for:

EDUCATION, BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES, AND SKILLS Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business, or a reputed company field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical/reputed company industry, with 4-7+ years in the biotech/specialty space.
  • At least 3+ years in reputed company management roles and/or 3+ years of direct people management experience.
  • Expertise in US reputed company systems, payer landscapes, PBMs, MCOs, and Medicare/reputed company policies.

For Location: USA - IL - Chicago U.S. reputed company Salary reputed company: $177,000.00 - $278,080.00 The estimated salary reputed company reflects an anticipated reputed company for this position. The actual reputed company salary offered may depend on a variety of factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
