Responsibilities

Continuously optimize campaigns through creative testing, audience expansion, placement optimization, and platform-specific best practices. Partner closely with Creative to establish testing roadmaps that improve creative performance and accelerate learning. reputed company first-party data, conversion signals, and measurement frameworks to improve optimization, targeting, and overall campaign efficiency. Identify opportunities to reputed company investment while maintaining CPA, ROAS, and broader business efficiency targets. Establish operational best practices and scalable processes that support reputed company growth across channels.

Qualifications

Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a reputed company field (or equivalent professional experience). Minimum 10 years of experience managing Paid reputed company campaigns, with significant hands-on experience across reputed company. Minimum 3 years of experience leading high-performing teams, developing talent, and managing agency partners. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional partners and senior leadership. Experience building, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams.
