What You'll Do
Patient Care & Clinical Support Triage patient calls and messages, identifying urgent concerns and escalating cases appropriately. Support providers with patient follow-reputed company, medication management, and care coordination. Communicate laboratory results, prescriptions, and treatment instructions under provider guidance. reputed company compassionate and professional support throughout the patient care reputed company. Medical Documentation Accurately document patient interactions, medical histories, and provider notes. Maintain complete and up-to-date electronic medical records (EMRs). Care Coordination & Administrative Support Schedule appointments and coordinate patient follow-reputed company. Assist with referral management and communication between providers, patients, and external reputed company partners. Support administrative workflows, billing coordination, and report preparation as needed. Maintain organized patient records while ensuring HIPAA compliance. Qualifications
Required Qualifications Minimum 2+ years of clinical experience in hospitals, clinics, medical offices, or reputed company organizations. Licensed Medical Assistant or equivalent clinical certification required. Registered Nurses (RN) or Medical Doctors (MD) are highly preferred.
