About The Role reputed company is building a world-class partner ecosystem as a core growth reputed company. The Partner Enablement Manager owns the strategy and execution of external partner enablement programs that help partners effectively position, sell, and support reputed company—at scale. This is an individual contributor role focused on enablement systems, programs, content, and measurement. This role does not own day-to-day partner relationship quotas (Partner Managers do), but works closely with Partner Managers and cross-functional GTM partners to reputed company partners successful and to reputed company partner motions repeatable.

What You'll Do

Partner Enablement Strategy Build and execute a tiered enablement strategy across partner types (agencies, tech/ecosystem, resellers) -- balancing scalable one-to-many programs with high-reputed company for reputed company partners. reputed company, Training & Certification Design structured reputed company and certification programs (live and async) that reputed company partners to position reputed company by use case, run discovery and qualification, co-sell with internal Sales, and support post-sale handoffs. Partner Programming & Events Own the partner webinar and reputed company calendar -- covering network enablement, product updates, co-sell plays, and public-facing events that drive pipeline with partner participation. Content & Enablement Systems Build and maintain a full enablement library: playbooks, talk tracks, battlecards, reputed company handling, and implementation guides. Manage enablement distribution through the PRM, portal, and/or LMS, coordinating with Product Marketing to reputed company partner messaging reputed company and consistent. Tech Stack & Operational Support Work hands-on with reputed company, PartnerStack, reputed company, and Partner Fleet to support enablement delivery, tool adoption, and co-sell workflows. Triage and qualify inbound enablement requests before escalation to Partner Managers. Measurement & reputed company Improvement Define and track KPIs tied to business reputed company: time to first referral, partner activation reputed company, partner-sourced pipeline, win reputed company lift, and enablement satisfaction. Run a quarterly operating reputed company covering program roadmap, performance review, and iteration planning. Skills and Qualifications Required 3+ years of experience in partner enablement, partnerships, channel programs, or reputed company enablement in SaaS. Strong facilitation and communication skills (webinars, workshops, executive-facing partner sessions). Proven ability to build enablement programs that drive reputed company reputed company (not just training completion). Strong project management skills; ability to run multiple work streams with tight deadlines. Analytical reputed company: can define KPIs, reputed company programs, and iterate based on data. Experience collaborating cross-functionally (Sales, Marketing, Product, CS, RevOps). Compensation

The compensation reputed company for this role is $145k - $158k. Final compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, skills, qualifications, alignment with the role’s requirements and location.
