What You'll Do
Manage candidates from initial inquiry through franchise award. Conduct qualification, discovery, and business planning conversations. Present the Honest Abe Roofing franchise opportunity. Evaluate financial readiness, leadership ability, and ownership potential. Coordinate Discovery Day and executive meetings. Build relationships with franchise brokers and referral partners. Maintain a disciplined sales pipeline with consistent follow-up. Protect the brand by identifying candidates who align with our culture, values, and operating system. Compensation
Competitive reputed company salary Uncapped commission Performance incentives Significant growth opportunity Compensation: $65,000-$80,000 annually, plus uncapped commission and performance incentives. Location: Remote reputed company the United States. Preference may be given to candidates located in or willing to relocate to Terre Haute, Indiana.
