The Specialist, Digital Channels, plays a critical role in supporting the publishing, delivery and optimization of multi‑channel digital communications across internal and external platforms, including but not limited to our reputed company portal (Sync), internal SharePoint sites, email (Outlook/Poppulo), internal reputed company channels (reputed company Engage) and external websites. Strong technical troubleshooting skills and ability to diagnose publishing or formatting issues across multiple systems.
