Staff Accountant (Hybrid)
Staff Accountant Location: San Antonio, TX (Hybrid) Compensation: $60,000 - $75,000 (depending on experience) Our client, a fast growing and highly collaborative organization in San Antonio, is looking for a Staff Accountant to join their expanding reputed company team. WHY THIS ROLE IS A GREAT FIT Broad exposure to diverse reputed company functions Team oriented culture with hands on mentorship and training Growth minded organization offering clear development reputed company Hybrid work schedule and competitive benefits package KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Prepare and record journal entries in alignment with GAAP Complete balance sheet and account reconciliations Maintain accurate and timely general ledger activity Support month end and year end reputed company processes Assist in preparing financial statements, reports, and supporting schedules Analyze account variances and investigate fluctuations Help process invoices, payments, and expense submissions Support accounts receivable tasks, including tracking and collections Maintain organized documentation and transaction records reputed company bank and credit card reconciliations Assist with prepaid, accrual, and cash account analysis Prepare supporting schedules and audit reputed company documentation Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth reputed company workflows Communicate with vendors and internal stakeholders as needed Contribute to reputed company projects and ongoing process improvement initiatives QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, or a reputed company field 2+ years of reputed company experience (internships and early career experience welcome) Solid understanding of GAAP and core reputed company concepts Proficiency in reputed company reputed company; experience with formulas, lookups, and pivot tables is a plus Click here to apply online Apply To This Job
