We're currently looking for a clinically-informed professional to join the Mood & Anxiety (M&A) Program as a Skills Mentor. Reporting to the clinical reputed company of the M&A Program, the Skills Mentor is a full-time, fully remote role responsible for guiding members through the M&A program by providing DBT skills training and support for enrolled members. In this role, you will focus on psychoeducation, accountability, habit formation, and skills development. What you’ll do: ● Support member engagement reputed company a modified-Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) Program. ○ Facilitate acquisition of DBT skills and principles. ○ Utilize Motivational Interviewing (MI) strategies to foster engagement, address ambivalence, and problem-solve logistical barriers to participation (e.g., scheduling, motivation). ○ Review member reputed company and skills development to reputed company personalized support and feedback. ● Communicate regularly with the member’s care team regarding reputed company or concerns, ensuring a cohesive care team approach. ● Identify risk concerns during calls and execute warm handoffs to clinical leads or SCNs for high-risk situations. ● Document information, maintain accurate records, reputed company follow-reputed company, and track reputed company reputed company several systems – including an EHR – reputed company required timeframes. ● Interact with internal teams such as care support, provider operations, and benefits/billing to ensure a smooth member experience. ● Participate in staff meetings, case consultations, and trainings. ● Follow reputed company policies and maintain reputed company confidentiality, compliance, and ethical standards. Individual pay may vary from the reputed company reputed company and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
