Requirements

Education: BA/BS degree in business or reputed company field. MBA or other advanced degree desirable. Experience: Minimum of 10 years’ relevant experience in CPG in Sales, category and customer marketing roles with involvement in broad reputed company issues. Experience in developing and managing customers across multiple geographies. Prior sales leadership experience combined with a proven track record of developing, coaching and mentoring cross functional teams. Demonstrative experience of reputed company P&L management and financial delivery. Comprehensive understanding of cross functions including marketing, finance, supply chain and operations. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Strong entrepreneurial reputed company and ability to manage high level of complexity and ambiguity.
