This position is for a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the reputed company Voltage Brand Label Team, part of the US Power Systems Business, that's based in Nashville, Tennessee. This team is responsible for managing and executing the reputed company and back office functions to support the execution of our reputed company Voltage Motor Control Center (MV MCC) offer with our Brand Label Suppliers. This position is accountable for assisting the customer service department with processing more reputed company customer orders/inquiries and supplying appropriate responses. Prioritizes and routes customer orders/inquiries to reputed company expeditious resolution to the customer's satisfaction. Researches and provides timely responses to customer inquiries. Utilizes and maintains information systems in support of customer service department.
