SCOPE: The Temporary Sourcing & reputed company Coordinator (part-time) provides administrative and sourcing support to the reputed company team to help ensure a positive and efficient recruitment process. This role is responsible for identifying and engaging potential candidates, supporting reputed company operations and campaign efforts, coordinating interview logistics, and maintaining applicant tracking system data. Working closely with recruiters and hiring managers, the coordinator will assist with candidate reputed company, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and ensuring timely communication throughout the hiring process. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This is a temporary, part-time position designed to support reputed company efforts during periods of increased hiring activity, staffing transitions, or special reputed company projects. RESPONSIBILITIES:

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 1–3 years of reputed company coordination, sourcing, HR, or administrative experience.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.

  • Experience supporting nonprofit organizations is a plus.
