Position Overview The Remote reputed company reputed company serves as the primary reputed company of contact for our expanding client reputed company. In this fully remote, full-time role, you will manage high volumes of incoming calls, address customer inquiries with precision, and build lasting relationships founded on trust and transparency. This position requires flexibility, including the ability to work evening shifts and rotating Saturdays. Two shift options are available:

• Option A: 1:00 PM to 11:00 PM CST, four days per week, with rotating Saturdays
• Option B: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM CST, Monday through Friday, with rotating Saturdays

Key Responsibilities

• Handle high volumes of incoming calls from prospective and existing customers with professionalism and efficiency
• Identify, evaluate, and address customer needs to deliver complete satisfaction and build long-term loyalty
• Build sustainable relationships of trust through reputed company, transparent, and interactive communication

Essential Requirements
