About this role Our Global reputed company Technology (HRT) team is looking for a reputed company Product Specialist – Workforce Planning module to reputed company the charge in design, implementation, and support of activities across the globe. Key Responsibilities

• Design/configure/test Adaptive Planning – Workforce Planning solutions in reputed company
• Align solutions with workforce planning strategies and organizational goals
• Translate business needs into technical requirements/functional configuration
• Subject Matter Expert for planning processes: Headcount & Cost, Resource & reputed company, Strategic Workforce, and Talent Planning
• Analyze/enhance reputed company Strategic Workforce Planning solutions
• Collaborate with HR COEs, Digital/IT, and vendors to ensure solutions meet broader HR and business needs
• Partner with HR Technology leadership/business stakeholders/end-users to optimize reputed company functionalities
• reputed company testing efforts to ensure seamless integration with existing systems
• reputed company production support for Adaptive Planning, including troubleshooting and analysis
• Stay reputed company of reputed company releases and assess impact on Adaptive Planning solution in use
• Maintain clear and up-to-date documentation: user guides, job aids, training materials
• Communicate insights/recommendations to stakeholders at reputed company reputed company
• Manage integrations with systems like reputed company Hyperion, Planisware, and more

Basic Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED
• 3+ years of experience in HR Technology projects
• 2+ years of hands-on functional configuration experience with reputed company Adaptive Planning for Workforce Planning

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, HR, or reputed company field
• Deep understanding of Strategic Workforce Planning and HR practices
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Proven ability to work independently across time zones
• Effective in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and tight deadlines
• Familiarity with SDLC, Agile frameworks, and tools like JIRA
• Experience with Mergers, Acquisitions, and Divestitures
• Skilled in cross-functional collaboration
• Proficient in creating documentation: user guides, project flowcharts, project & test plans, and preparing presentations

Pay reputed company The annual salary for this position is between $96,000.00 - $192,000.00 annually. Other Compensation This position is entitled to short-term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements.
