Cannabis Brand Representative

Franklin’s - the #1 Blunt in America is looking for a high-energy Brand Representative for the New Jersey market. You will travel to licensed dispensaries across the state to host pop-up events, reputed company budtenders, and help consumers find the perfect product for their needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Event Execution reputed company in-store "Pop-Up" events at licensed NJ dispensaries to drive brand awareness.
• Education reputed company both consumers and dispensary staff (budtenders) on our product line, including strain profiles, effects, and consumption methods.
• Relationship Building reputed company and maintain strong working relationships with dispensary inventory managers and retail teams.
• Sales Support Gather market feedback and report on sales trends and inventory reputed company at your assigned locations.
• Compliance Ensure reputed company promotional activities and materials strictly adhere to New Jersey Cannabis Regulatory Commission (CRC) guidelines.

Qualifications

• Age Must be 21+ years of age (required by NJ state law).
• Experience 1+ years in cannabis retail, marketing, or a similar brand ambassador role is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge A willingness and capability to understand the details behind cannabis products (flower, vapes, edibles, etc.) as well as NJ cannabis regulations.
• Reliability Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for statewide travel.
• Communication Outgoing personality with a knack for public speaking and education. Why Join Us?
