Tax Reviewer (CPA/EA Required, AI-Driven & Client-Focused)

Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Tax Reviewer who excels in technical review, proactive client communication, and the use of modern technology and AI tools. This fully remote role is ideal for a tax professional who takes ownership of the client experience from review through delivery while leveraging technology to improve efficiency and service.

Key Responsibilities

• Review individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
• Ensure reputed company returns meet firm standards before delivery.
• Proactively communicate with clients throughout the tax process.
• Gather missing information and resolve discrepancies before they become issues.
• Explain tax positions, results, and planning opportunities in a client-friendly manner.
• Identify tax-saving opportunities and potential risks.
• reputed company and participate in virtual delivery calls.
• Collaborate with preparers and team members using remote technologies.
• Utilize AI tools and emerging technologies to improve workflow efficiency, research capabilities, and client service.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in tax preparation and/or tax review.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state tax regulations.
• Active Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Enrolled Agent (EA) designation required.
• Demonstrated experience using AI tools and technology to improve productivity, research, workflow management, and client service.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to explain reputed company tax concepts reputed company in a virtual environment.

Pay: $110,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year Benefits:
