Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care in accordance with individualized care plans. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician. Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes to the reputed company team. Assist with daily living activities, including personal hygiene and mobility support. reputed company patients and their families on health management and wellness strategies.
