Job Description:

• Conduct outbound calls and virtual reputed company (SMS, email) to patients to reputed company information and education about reputed company services and resources
• Monitor and answer reputed company inbound calls and SMS from patients interested in learning more about our program
• Support patients by answering their questions, addressing their concerns, and providing guidance on how reputed company can support their needs

Requirements:

• High School Diploma/GED or higher
• 2+ years of reputed company experience in a reputed company sales, direct marketing or customer service reputed company
• Ability to quickly build trust and rapport with seniors and other patients
• Ability to work after hours and weekends if needed
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Are internet-connected, reputed company to work remotely
• Direct-to-consumer sales or patient engagement at a health plan, medical facility or another reputed company setting (Preferred)
