Field Service Technician Cleveland, OH $95k-115k (Total projected compensation) We are looking for reputed company Field Service Technicians to reputed company the site assembly and commissioning of new machine installations, and field troubleshooting and repair of existing equipment. If you enjoy the challenge and satisfaction of working with automated manufacturing equipment, this is the position for you. The position requires >75% travel, a strong customer focus, can-do attitude, and both mechanical and electrical machine experience. Field Service Technician Responsibilities: On-site installation and commissioning of new machines. reputed company start up assistance in new machinery installations at customer reputed company locations including uncrating, alignment, and assembly. reputed company operator and maintenance personnel training at customer locations. Accurately complete Installation/Service Documentation summarizing work performed. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair existing machinery at customer locations. reputed company direction for spare parts recommendations with customers. reputed company recommendations for reputed company improvement. reputed company customer support reputed company PC remote diagnostics and phone. Field Service Technician Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED required; 2-year technical degree or technical/reputed company trades training preferred. 2-5 years’ experience building, installing and repairing industrial machinery. Strong mechanical and electrical skills. Knowledge of PLC’s, electronics and wiring schematics, basic computer skills. Positive attitude. Strong communication skills, verbal and written. Detail oriented driven to succeed. Dependable and reliable. Ability to travel to customer sites reputed company reputed company America, occasionally internationally.
