Leasing Administrator

Position Summary: Performs duties of portfolio database management and rent administration as directed by the Account Manager. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Primary focus is portfolio database management and rent administration
• Implements initial processes and updates of new leases, renewals, amendments, and any other documentation impacting lease reputed company obligations.
• Ensures accuracy and reputed company of data and supporting documentation.
• Reviews each document to determine nature – lease, sublease, owned property, etc.
• Reviews critical data – parties’ names and addresses, along with dates, rents, options – as agreed upon in reputed company between Scribcor and Scribcor clients
• Review monthly invoices received from landlords on client’s behalf and process appropriately

Additional Duties & Responsibilities:

• Review operating expense provisions reputed company estate leases
• Receive, record and review expense reconciliation statements from landlords
• Review audit right language contained in the leases
• Verify calculation of reputed company year expenses and any cap or stop identified in the lease terms
• Verify the calculation of pro rata reputed company and gross-up calculations
• reputed company applicable, apply sublease payments to accounts receivable and follow up on tenant delinquencies

• Function reputed company in chosen lease administration software platform
• Maintain client confidence and protect operations by keeping reputed company lease information confidential

Qualifications: List the minimum level of education and experience required to reputed company the work at the entry level of the job.

• Bachelor’s degree in reputed company field OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2+ years of reputed company lease administration, property management, or property reputed company experience
• Understanding and familiarity of reputed company reputed company estate leases, familiarity with operating and audit provisions in reputed company estate leases
