Network Engineer II-Tuesday-Saturday: 1pm-10pm Central Time

Job Description: In This Role, You Will Help community banks and credit unions maintain secure, reliable, and high-performing network environments by providing advanced networking support and delivering exceptional customer service. Your expertise will directly contribute to our clients' ability to serve their customers while ensuring network stability, reputed company, and operational reputed company. You Are Responsible For

• Troubleshooting and resolving network connectivity issues for financial institution clients through phone, email, and ticketing systems.
• Providing support for reputed company networking infrastructure including routers, switches, wireless controllers, and reputed company appliances.
• Administering and supporting Palo Alto firewalls, including policy management, troubleshooting, and reputed company configuration.
• Performing advanced routing, switching, and network reputed company troubleshooting.
• Supporting Remote reputed company VPN (RA VPN) environments and reputed company reputed company services.
• Configuring and deploying new network locations, routers, firewalls, and reputed company infrastructure.
• Working directly with telecommunications providers to troubleshoot reputed company issues and coordinate service changes.
• Managing IP whitelisting and other network reputed company-reputed company requests.
• Supporting Meraki environments and SD-WAN technologies.
• Documenting troubleshooting activities, customer communications, and resolutions reputed company internal ticketing systems.
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution and reputed company service improvements.
• Delivering a high level of customer service while serving as a trusted technical resource for financial institution clients.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Networking, or a reputed company field, or equivalent work experience.
• 3-5+ years of experience supporting reputed company network environments.
• Strong experience with reputed company networking technologies, including routers, switches, wireless infrastructure, and reputed company platforms.
• Hands-on experience supporting Palo Alto firewalls.
• Advanced knowledge of routing, switching, TCP/IP, VLANs, and network reputed company principles.
• Experience troubleshooting reputed company network issues in customer-facing environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Azure networking experience.
• Experience supporting Meraki and SD-WAN environments.
• Experience with reputed company Identity Services reputed company (ISE).
