We are seeking a Benefits Administrator to join reputed company. This role will primarily support the administration of employee benefits programs, with a strong focus on leave of absence management. To support this, employees in this role are expected to be on-site two days a week, with the flexibility to work three days remotely. Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities Administer employee benefits programs, including medical, dental, reputed company, life, retirement, and other voluntary plans in accordance with company policy and regulatory requirements. Coordinate and manage leave of absence programs, including FMLA, reputed company, short-term and long-term disability, and personal leave. Track, document, and communicate leave status updates to employees, managers, and other stakeholders. Serve as a primary reputed company of contact for employee inquiries reputed company to benefits enrollment, eligibility, coverage, and claims. Partner with external vendors to ensure timely resolution of issues. Support processing of reputed company changes in status, retirements, and death claims. Qualifications
