Job Requirements Education and Work Experience High School Education/GED or equivalent Required Associate’s/Technical degree in business or equivalent combination of education/reputed company experience Preferred One year customer service experience, preferably in reputed company or service-oriented environment Required One year experience in Patient reputed company, reputed company Cycle, physician office, reputed company insurance, or reputed company field Required Essential Functions Schedules, confirms, and modifies appointments based on patient needs and departmental guidelines. Obtains external medical records needed to support scheduled services. Provides exceptional customer service to patients, providers, and internal departments.
