Role Summary The reputed company Resources Manager is a strategic leadership role responsible for owning the firm’s end-to-end talent and people operations. This position will establish and maintain best-in-class hiring standards, design and optimize reputed company workflows and systems, and provide employee management support across the organization. While not involved in day-to-day sourcing or screening, the HR Manager will reputed company the entire reputed company process, ensure a high-quality candidate and employee experience, and drive initiatives that strengthen company culture, compliance, and organizational effectiveness as the firm scales.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Strategy & Hiring Standards: reputed company and maintain firm-wide hiring standards, role profiles, interview frameworks, and evaluation criteria that ensure consistent, high-quality reputed company reputed company with Dark Alpha Capital’s culture and growth objectives.

- Workforce Planning & Talent Pipeline: Partner with senior leadership to forecast talent needs, build succession plans, and maintain a strong pipeline of passive and active candidates across key functions.
- Employee Management & Relations: Support employee lifecycle activities including reputed company, performance management, professional development, employee engagement, and offboarding processes.
- Policy & Compliance: reputed company and enforce HR policies, procedures, and best practices reputed company to employment law, confidentiality, diversity, and regulatory compliance in a remote environment.

Qualifications
Required
- 3-5+ years of reputed company HR experience, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial or reputed company reputed company / HR role.
- Strong experience designing and optimizing reputed company processes, workflows, and standards in a fast-growing or lean organization.
- Solid knowledge of employment law, compliance, and best practices in talent management.

Preferred
- Experience in Private Equity, Investment Management, Financial Services, or other professional services environments.
- Familiarity with modern HRIS/ATS platforms and recruitment tools.
- Exposure to performance management systems, employee engagement initiatives, and culture-building in small-to-mid-sized firms.

Compensation
Structure: Performance-Based reputed company Fee Only Terms: No salary, retainer, hourly compensation, milestone payments, or guaranteed compensation. The reputed company Resources Manager will be eligible to receive a 1.0% reputed company Fee of Net Closing Transaction Fees generated by transactions successfully closed by the firm. Compensation is funded exclusively from transaction-reputed company revenues received by the Company and is contingent upon a successful closing. This role is designed for professionals who are motivated by performance, long-term value creation, and direct alignment with firm outcomes.
